Get to know Me

I’m also a wife and BFF to my incredibly supportive husband, Gabe (we have been together since high school! Whaaaa!?!) and mom to my two crazy-smart, always challenging in wonderful ways, kiddos. I have a love-hate relationship with DIY home projects. I find energy and healing in natural environmental elements. And I feel joy when creating a space, a community to connect and share.

My career and experience in marketing and communications have been varied and multi-faceted, implementing strategic and creative marketing plans to promote everything from world-renowned arts education to a mobile, bike-powered public library.

I’m grateful to have had experience in agencies focused on small business clients to critical and life-changing non-profits including Goodwill Northern Michigan and Interlochen Center for the Arts, governmental agencies including one of my all-time favorites, the Traverse Area District Library, and for-profit, community-minded businesses.

A marketing strategist at heart, it was my experience in the non-profit realm that almost forced me into the design world. I took the leap and expanded my abilities in graphic design, now combined with my brand-centric intuition – I’m quite the package.

Michigan-born and raised, I attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a degree in Integrative Public Relations. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Suttons Bay, Michigan to work for a search engine optimization company. I quickly fell in love with the region. The water. The trails. The rolling county roads. The passionate people and supportive business community

My clients benefit from my personalized approach and ability to be innovative, solution-powered, nimble, and connected to a diverse and savvy collaborator community.
